Once you book the property you will get a tenant login option where you can upload your documents or else you can send an email to [email protected] or you can share the documents while signing the agreement.

Aadhaar card for the people residing at the property, PAN card of the agreement holder, any other ID proof such as Driving license, passport etc. and Company ID card and Email confirmation from Company email ID.

For residential property, we don’t have it. But for our paying guests, we have the standard regulations for entry and exit time.

You can pay the rent through our website or app, and also through bank account transfer. We prefer to collect the rent via app or website.

We have a maintenance team for all your maintenance issues. Rent cannot be withheld rather you have the option to give one month’s notice and vacate the property.
